Classes & Fees

Class Format

 Gold Bar Preschool offers:  

  • Half day play based outdoor focused programs for children aged 3-4 years old.

  • A 2 days/week afternoon program (Mon/Wed) & a 3 day/week (Mon/Wed/Fri ) morning program

  • We will be running a morning program (mon/wed/fri), with classes running from 9:00am to 11:30am.

  • Children attending this program must be 3 years of age by the time they start the program. Students who turn 3 after September will be placed on the waitlist & accepted if spots open.

  • Our maximum enrollment 15 children.

  • Children must be daytime toilet trained.

Fee Information

As part of the federal-provincial child care agreement, the Government of Alberta has implemented their new Child Care Affordability Transition to help cover the cost of child care. ​

T​he affordability grant allows Gold Bar Preschool to reduce fees for our program by $100 per month per child.  This means 2 day/week fees are $120/month & 3 day/week fees are $180/month.

Registration (Membership) Fee

In addition to the enrollment fees, there is a non-refundable registration (membership) fee of $100.00 (per child) and is payable upon registration. This confirms your space in our preschool.

Field Trip/Classroom Party Fee

There is a non-refundable $100 fee (per child) which is payable with all the other September school fees collected at the AGM.
